Some of them gave me help for a wireless connection, but, my printer is connected via an ethernet cable perhaps, the setup program gets confused because my Laptop is wirelessly connected to the network? Several times I got help/solutions suggesting I run teh MS Install Cleanup utility but says MS suggests not running it if I have Office 2007 installed. I ran the uninstall/install countless times and got various solutions sent back to me. The installation program continues on to offer automated help/solutions. Uninstall fails with a Fatal Error but still seems to have installed some of the features. Now, I have a new router and I'm trying to switch from USB to ethernet connection again. Then my router broke and I went back to a USB connection to the desktop uninstall, reinstall not too much trouble. But, after a lot of hassle, it did work as a network printer. Help Desk took multiple calls and several hours of uninstalling and downloading a tool to further uninstall something. Then, I tried to change the connection from USB to ethernet.

Simple, straight forward setup, albeit took nearly an hour to run the full setup. Initially I set it up via USB to my desktop running XP. This sounds like a similar problem I have with my C7250 on my Laptop running VISTA.
